Our Services:
Pressure Testing
The provision of testing by either vacuum or pressure to prove the integrity of the system ensuring the system comply with specification and to obtain the relevant necessary certification.
We supply services on
system components such as pipes, vessels, valves and other equipment.
The operation is performed using fluids or gas depending the function of the equipment and all metering
instrumentation is supplied with relevant traceable certification of calibration and documentation packages.
Quality Management
We provide quality management services focused on product and service quality and the means to achieve it.
Quality management uses quality assurance and control of processes as well as products to achieve more consistent quality.
PQR (Procedure Qualification Record)
Welding Procedure Specifications are developed for material alloys and for welding types in accordance with
specific codes and/or engineering societies requirements.
A WPS is supported by a Procedure Qualification Record (PQR or WPQR).
A PQR is a record of a test weld performed and tested (more rigorously) to ensure that the procedure will produce a good weld.
Individual welders are certified with a qualification test documented in a Welder Qualification Test Record (WQTR) that shows they have the understanding and demonstrated ability to work within the specified WPS.
Welder Qualification
This service examines and documents a welder's capability to create welds of acceptable quality following a defined welding procedure.
Evaluation of welders is based on specially designed tests to determine a welder's skill and ability to deposit sound weld metal.
The welder's tests consist of many variables,
including the specific welding process, type of metal, thickness, joint design, position, and others.
The test is conducted in accordance with the relevant specification or code.
NDT (Non-Destructive Testing)
Various NDT applications for testing of welds, vessels, structures, etc. by qualified technicians to ensure the safe and efficient operating of equipment and assets and assure compliance with international standards by
detecting defects before they result in severe damage.
Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI)
Magnetic particle examination or Magnetic particle inspection is a popular, cost-effective method that is used to facilitate non-destructive examination (NDE) involving ferromagnetic (any material that is capable of magnetization or those highly attracted by magnetic fields) objects.

Dye penetrant inspection (DPI), also called liquid penetrant inspection (LPI) or penetrant testing (PT), is a widely applied and low-cost inspection method used to locate surface-breaking defects in all non-porous materials (metals, plastics, or ceramics).
The penetrant may be applied to all non-ferrous materials and ferrous materials, although for ferrous components magnetic-particle inspection is often used instead for its subsurface detection
capability.
Ultrasonic Testing
Ultrasonic testing (UT) is a non-destructive testing technique based on the propagation of ultrasonic waves in the object or material tested.
In most common UT applications, very short ultrasonic pulse-waves with centre frequencies ranging from 0.1-15 MHz are transmitted into materials to detect internal flaws or to characterize materials.
Radiographic Testing (RT)
Radiographic Testing (RT), or industrial radiography, is a non-destructive testing method of inspecting materials for hidden flaws by using the ability of short wavelength electromagnetic radiation (high energy photons) to penetrate various materials.

An ultrasonic thickness gauge is a measuring instrument for non-destructive investigation of a material's thickness using ultrasonic waves. It is used for ultrasonic thickness measurement (UTM) of the thickness of a solid element.
Read MoreVacuum Box Testing
Vacuum box testing is a non-destructive examination used when trying to locate weld seam leaks. A vacuum box and a compressor create a high- or low-pressure vacuum while a detergent solution is applied to the test area. The detergent bubbles, making leaks visible within the created pressure envelope

A hardness test is a method employed to measure the hardness of a material.
Hardness refers to a material’s resistance to permanent
indentation.
Phased Array (PA)
Ultrasonic phased array systems can potentially be employed in almost any test where conventional
ultrasonic flaw detectors have traditionally been used.
Weld inspection and crack detection are the most important applications, and these tests are done across a wide range of industries including aerospace, power generation, petrochemical, metal billet and tubular goods suppliers, pipeline construction and maintenance, structural metals, and general manufacturing.
Long-range Ultrasonic Testing (LRUT)
LRUT technology provides a new approach to pipeline inspection.
Using low-frequency guided ultrasound waves, it offers several advantages over conventional inspection methods: it is a fast pipe screening technique which supplies accurate data on metal loss features such as corrosion or erosion and precise information on the location along the pipe of the detected anomalies.
Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL)
MFL is a magnetic method of NDT that is used to detect corrosion and pitting in steel structures, most commonly pipelines and storage tanks.
The basic principle is that a powerful magnet is used to
magnetize the steel.
